If you are holding your event at The Hub we are happy to post information about your forthcoming event on our website. In order to provide potential visitors with as much information about the even as possible please see the requirements below which be followed for us to promote your event:* Headline Image (for slideshow on website)

* Promotional Text (for "Whats on Page & Facebook)
Promotion text must be at least 2 paragraphs in length. The more informaion you provide the better.
* Your Website or Further Informaion Links
If you have a website or eveb Facebook we will provide a link to help promote your event further and to assist website visitors with obtaininer further information
Additional Images or Video
If you have any additional good quality images or video its advisable to provide a small selection for inclusing with your page on the Hub website.
Please note its vital that the slideshow image looks professional and there is a significant amount of promotional text for your event. If you need assistance with content or images we are happy to provide you with contact details or recommended agencys.
FAQs - For Exhibitors
Do I need my own insurance to hire the Hub?
While the venure itself has public liability insurance all exhibitors and event promotores must provide their own insurance for the event in question.
How many visitors can you cater for?
Our large arena cater for large numbers of people, with official figures varying depending on the space requirements and seating requirements. Please get in touch for more information
Can you provide some technical information?
Certainly, you can click here or on the "Technical Info" tab under the "About" tab if you wish to find out more about our state of the art venue.
What are your rates?
Due to the extensive range of events and services we cater for potential exhibitors are expected to get in touch with the team to go through the various options.
Do you provide Security?
Security for any event can be provided for an additional cost.
Can you assist with promoting our event?
While we can certainly promote your event via our social media platforms and website all exhibitors are expected to promote their own events. We have a range of marketing agenies which we would be happy to direct you towards if you require marketing or other services.
Do you provide backstage rooms?
Yes, we have a range of rooms available for events and exhibitions. Get in touch with the team to find out more.

Do you provide accomodation?
While we don't provide on site accomodation there are plenty of hotels, guesthouses and bed and breakfasts nearby. Our excellent location on the outskirts of Kilkenny provides for a wealth of options and for selected events at the Hub discounted accomodation is provided by some of our partner hotels.
How do I get there by public transport
To get to the Hub via public transport we suggest you use Google maps to give you the best options from your starting point. You can view the Hub on Google maps by clicking here or on the Directions > Map / Locations page
Do you provide free parking?
Free parking is dependent on the event in question. We provide ample car parking in general but for larger events there are restrictions in place. Find out more by getting in touch
Can I purchase tickets for events online?
Depending on the event tickets can sometimes be purchased online. We advise visitors on the events page where tickets can be purchased.
Is The Hub Wheelchair accessible?
The Hub is fully wheelchair accessible. We also provide various entry and exit points where needed.
